TRAVEL TO MOZAMBIQUE

Our trips are for everyone. We have Medical Missions, Family Trips, Serve and Surf Trips & Church or Community Trips. They will lead you across the world traveling on and off-road, over water, through the air, to urban communities and rural villages in the bush, even to remote islands. On these trips you will be a part of practical service and education projects that range from building and repairing schools or water wells, medical relief and education, primary education encouragement and sport outreach, and audio Bible distributions. Teams are often custom tailored to implement the skills of those represented on the team. You will be led by CCO's in-field directors and national staff on your entire journey. Every service activity that team members help with is a part of CCO's national staff's long-term sustainable community development goals.

Epic surf….wonderfully hospitable people…..no resources, no electricity, no running water….and the chance of a lifetime to share the Word of God with people … Being in this country and with a medical team and the CCO ministry really blessed me - opened my eyes to what practical love looks like. It encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and dive deep into the life of adventure God has called me to.

Bring your family on trip that will open their eyes to the needs of others, and enjoy serving together.

Each team experiences six days of volunteer service and a three to four day safari in Kruger National Park and Inhamabane Tour. The average all-inclusive trip package costs $3,000 to $3,500.

I’ll never forget the day our team saw hundreds of patients from morning till dark in the bush. These people have no medical aid available to them. During one of the last consultations of the night, a woman opened up about the overwhelming pain she felt after the loss of her husband that month. It was then I realized we might be there for more than just treating physical pain.. amidst cultural and language barriers, we were able to pray with her and provide a source of comfort and hope. What an incredible, life changing trip.

With a population of 25 million people, Mozambique only has 874 doctors. CCO is working to set up mobile medical clinics in the most rural communities to offer free, compassionate healthcare to those in need. WATCH THIS 1 MINUTE CLIP TO LEARN MORE.

Please see our MEDICAL RELIEF PAGE to learn more specifically about our medical needs in Mozambique and coming on a MEDICAL MISSIONS TRIP.
